Restaurant Chef, Martin Horsley brings extensive international experience to No35 combining his classical training with more contemporary methods. Placing an emphasis on using only the finest and freshest local produce, he creates dishes you will always remember. Martin started his career in Scotland and honed his cooking at a number of five star hotels in Europe and Australia. He has also worked alongside Raymond Capaldi and Gary Mehigan at Melbourne restaurant, Fenix, which was awarded 'one hat' by The Age Good Food Guide in 2003.

Within No35, you can have exclusive venue use for up to 130 seated guests or up to 250 guests for a standing cocktail. For smaller events, our private dining room caters for up to 50 guests or semi-private dining groups for up to 30 guests for lunch or dinner.
